Special Collections & Archives at Queen’s University Belfast provides access to the Library's rare and early printed book, map, and manuscript collections, as well as to more modern material relating to Ireland and Ulster in particular. Using Omeka, selections from digitized manuscript collections have been curated online to bring them to a wider audience. The digitization programme for the manuscript collections is on-going with new material frequently added.

Collection level descriptions of many of our collections may be found on RASCAL and on the Archives Hub. Guides to manuscript material available for consultation at Special Collections & Archives are here and published material is searchable on the Library catalogue.

More detailed information on our collections, resources and visiting Special Collections is available on our webpages: www.qub.ac/specialcollections
